I found Green Energy Mechanical on line for turn up my boiler. I was very impressed with their Professionalism, Punctuality and Quality and highly recommend this company. Steven arrived on time, maintained every parts of the boiler, pictured and explained the potential issues, gave good recommendations and options, thoroughly cleaned inside and outside, tested the efficiency of boiler. Steven was very helpful. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely be calling this company whenever need for my boiler in future. By the way, their rate is so fair.
Xavier went above and beyond other “technicians” who had serviced my gas furnace. He thoroughly evaluated my gas furnace. He took the time to discuss his findings and explain issues via pictures.of the parts on my furnace that need attention and why. In my 30* years of home ownership, I have never experienced this level of customer service. Excellent!

I'm an Architect and bring that experience into the work done on my house. Green Energy Mechanical provided excellent and thorough services for installing my heat pump heating and cooling system along with a heat pump hot water system. Their sales and design review people were knowledgeable, readily available and easy to work with. Staff assisted in understanding the MassSave program for rebates. The technicians we excellent at communicating the work to be performed each day, responding to questions and respectful of the house and neighbors. Time will tell how the new systems perform, but the design and installation phase were excellent.
We just had a Daikin ductless heat pump system installed and after talking to few different companies, I decided to go with Green Energy and I'm happy that I did!
The sales rep, Kevin, was extremely helpful working through options, timing, etc. The office staff and project managers that I interacted with was extremely helpful—anytime I had a question or concern, it was always addressed. If they weren't available when I called, I got a callback not long after.
The technicians who did the install, Matt and Joshua, were truly fantastic to work with. It was a three day job and, again, were really informative, answered questions, and even addressed a few things that I didn't even know to ask! Loved the quality of work, their attention to detail, and that they were just super nice guys that knew what they were doing!

Green Energy Mechanical did a great job on converting my old oil heating system to gas. They were available and able to respond to issues off business hours including nights and weekends. They were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Green Energy Mechanical.
Paid $24K for Green Energy Mechanical to replace my oil furnace with a whole-home heat pump. Then paid a weatherization company $11K to qualify for the $10K heat pump rebate. The rebate was rejected because the heat pump is undersized for my home despite the initial installation form verifying that it met the whole-home criteria. So after paying $35K for the energy efficiency program, no $10K rebate and I have an undersized heat pump. I wish Green Energy would have realized that the heat pump was undersized before selling it to me.
Most recent visit #2: David S. is a wealth of knowledge. He was very kind and thorough with his evaluation. He shared very helpful information and tips that will go a long way as a new homeowner.
